🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Support Team Lead
📍 Location: Bhopal
💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Lead and manage the customer support team for high-quality service delivery
✔️ Handle inbound & outbound calls and assist customers with product/service queries
✔️ Monitor team performance, call quality & target achievement
✔️ Manage escalations, complaints & complex customer issues
✔️ Ensure proper tracking, follow-ups & closure of support tickets
✔️ Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions
✔️ Collaborate with sales & internal teams to enhance customer experience
✔️ Train, mentor & guide team members for better productivity
✔️ Prepare reports, analyze data & improve processes
✔️ Use tools like Extol, cloud telephony & ticketing platforms effectively
✔️ Strong use of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting & tracking
🎯 Requirements
✔️ 4+ years of experience in Customer Support / Telecalling
✔️ Minimum 2 years of Team Handling experience
✔️ Excellent communication & leadership skills
✔️ Experience in customer support or Telesales environments
✔️ Strong knowledge of CRM tools & support systems
✔️ Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts)
✔️ Problem-solving mindset & team management ability
