🚀 Hiring: Design Engineer – Plant Setup & Project Engineering
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 7+ Years
Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Salary: As per experience and industry standards
Travel: Extended international travel, including Peru, and occasional visits to Europe
💼 Key Responsibilities :-
-Prepare plant layouts, CAD drawings, equipment specifications, and BOMs.
-Manage machinery procurement, vendor evaluation, and installation.
-Coordinate with engineering teams and supervise commissioning.
-Ensure project quality, safety, timelines, and documentation.
🏭 Project-Specific Responsibilities Bhopal Factory:
-Set up machinery and oversee PGNAA analyser assembly, testing, and radiation safety coordination.
-Peru – Coal Washing Plant: Design layouts, select equipment, and support plant installation and commissioning.
-Europe – Data Centre: Review mechanical and cooling layouts and support project coordination and commissioning.
✅ Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in plant design, equipment assembly, and project engineering.
- Hands-on experience designing or building radiation-based equipment, such as PGNAA/XRF analyser, nuclear gauges, NDT equipment, or medical radiation devices.
- Practical knowledge of radiation shielding, source handling, and AERB regulations.
- Experience in industrial machinery procurement, technical specifications, vendor evaluation, and factory acceptance testing.
- Proven experience setting up at least one complete plant, from design and layout to commissioning.
- Hands-on site experience in equipment installation and commissioning.
- Experience with coal washing, mineral processing, or beneficiation plants.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Creo, GD&T, and BOM preparation.
- Working knowledge of civil, structural, electrical, HVAC, and fire-protection interfaces.
- Knowledge of conveyors, material handling, steel structures, foundations, and industrial equipment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Valid passport and willingness to undertake extended international assignments.
