Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for QA Sr/Jr Executives – Injectable/OSD, based in the Amritsar/Ludhiana area. The role involves overseeing and implementing quality assurance processes for injectable and oral solid dosage (OSD) products, ensuring compliance with WHO-GMP, cGMP, QMS, and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include reviewing batch manufacturing records, managing in-process quality checks, handling deviation and change control, and supporting qualification and validation activities. The role also includes preparing and reviewing SOPs, participating in internal and external audits, coordinating CAPA implementation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality and continuous improvement. The QA Executive will contribute to training initiatives and documentation control to ensure robust quality systems across the facility.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Management for injectable and OSD manufacturing.
Candidates should possess skills in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), including WHO-GMP and cGMP compliance.
Candidates should possess experience in Quality Control activities related to pharmaceutical production and testing.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Quality Auditing and supporting internal and external audit readiness.
B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc with at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical QA, ideally in injectable/OSD facilities.
Sound understanding of QMS, validation protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements in the pharma sector.
Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to work collaboratively with manufacturing and QC teams.
Familiarity with CAPA, risk assessment, and data integrity principles; good communication and problem-solving abilities.
