Role Description This full-time remote Laravel Developer role focuses on building and maintaining high-quality web applications using Laravel and related technologies. The person in this role will develop clean, efficient, and secure back-end code, integrate databases and APIs, and collaborate with front-end developers to deliver cohesive user experiences. Daily responsibilities include participating in technical design discussions, reviewing code, troubleshooting issues, optimizing application performance, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. The Laravel Developer will also contribute to documentation, support deployment processes, and work closely with product and QA teams to deliver reliable, scalable software solutions on schedule.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with hands-on experience using Laravel or similar PHP frameworks.
Candidates should possess solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming skills, including understanding of design patterns and clean code principles.
Candidates should possess practical Front-End Development skills, such as working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integrating front-end frameworks with Laravel.
Candidates should possess familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), RESTful APIs, and version control systems such as Git.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to write maintainable, testable code.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
Relevant experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and security best practices is beneficial.
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not required.
