Role Description The Project Assistant role at R K SWAMY Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Project Assistant will support project managers and account teams in planning, coordinating, and tracking marketing and research projects across various client accounts. Daily tasks include organizing project documentation, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating meetings, managing timelines, and following up with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. The role also involves assisting with data collection, basic analysis, and quality checks, as well as updating project management tools and maintaining accurate records. The Project Assistant will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in creative, media, analytics, and research to help ensure smooth execution of campaigns and client engagements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong organizational and coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, track timelines, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and clients, both verbally and in writing.
Candidates should possess basic analytical and reporting skills, with comfort working in spreadsheets and presentation tools to prepare status reports and summaries.
Candidates should possess proficiency in common office and productivity software (such as MS Office or similar tools) and be comfortable using project management or collaboration platforms.
Candidates should possess attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify issues early, support quality checks, and contribute to efficient project delivery.
Relevant academic background in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial; prior internship or experience in project support, marketing, or research environments is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate in a team-oriented environment, and adapt to fast-paced, multi-industry project requirements is essential.
