Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee operations of 3 outlets: Rohini Sector 16, Rohini Sector 2 & Vikaspuri.
Monitor daily operations, sales, staff performance and customer service.
Ensure smooth coordination between all outlets and the Sector 25 office.
Drive sales, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage manpower, attendance, discipline and staff performance.
Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for management.
Ensure company SOPs, hygiene and quality standards are followed.
Candidate Profile
2–5 years of relevant experience in restaurant/hotel/food & beverage operations.
Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple outlets and solve operational issues.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
