Chief Digital Transformation Officer

Role Description The Chief Digital Transformation Officer is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading Quantum Grupo Inmobiliario’s digital vision and transformation roadmap. This role oversees the design and implementation of digital strategies that modernize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current systems and workflows, identifying opportunities for digital improvement, and prioritizing technology initiatives in alignment with business objectives. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new tools, managing transformation projects from concept to execution, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure continuous optimization. The Chief Digital Transformation Officer will collaborate with senior leadership to support long-term growth, manage change, and foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in digital transformation and business process optimization, with a track record of leading complex change initiatives.
Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and inform digital strategy and investment decisions.
Experience developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies, preferably within real estate or related industries.
Proven project management abilities, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and drive cross-functional alignment.
Familiarity with relevant technologies such as CRM platforms, ERP systems, process automation tools, and data analytics solutions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present complex concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
Experience working in remote or distributed teams and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
