Chief Financial Officer

Role Description The Chief Financial Officer at Quantum Grupo Inmobiliario is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This full-time remote role involves leading the finance function, preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The CFO will design and monitor key financial controls, manage relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and other financial partners, and provide clear financial insights to the executive team and board. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, evaluating investment opportunities, supporting real estate transactions, improving financial processes and systems, and mentoring finance team members to ensure high-quality execution.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance, with demonstrated experience in corporate or real estate finance leadership.
Proficiency in Financial Planning and forecasting, including budgeting, cash flow management, and strategic financial modeling.
Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, assess risk, and support investment decisions.
Proven experience in executive-level financial management, ideally in real estate or related asset-heavy industries.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to boards and investors.
Ability to lead remote teams, implement financial systems and tools, and drive process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is highly beneficial.
