Vice President of Financial Products and Services

Role Description The Vice President of Financial Products and Services is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the design, development, and management of financial products that support the company’s real estate portfolio and investment strategies. This role oversees product roadmaps, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and ensures that financial offerings align with market trends, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals. On a day-to-day basis, this position analyzes financial performance, evaluates new product opportunities, and guides teams through end-to-end product development, from concept to launch. The Vice President collaborates closely with finance, operations, legal, sales, and technology teams to structure products, manage risk, and optimize profitability. The role also includes mentoring team members, establishing performance metrics, and preparing executive-level reports and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, data interpretation, and decision-making based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
Demonstrated experience in product management, including product strategy, lifecycle management, and stakeholder alignment.
Proven project management capabilities to lead complex initiatives, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Solid finance expertise, particularly in investment structures, risk assessment, financial planning, and regulatory considerations.
Background in product development for financial or investment services, from concept validation through implementation and optimization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and external partners.
Experience in real estate, financial services, or related industries is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and collaborative leadership.
