Chief Digital Transformation Officer

Role Description The Chief Digital Transformation Officer is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the digital transformation strategy across Quantum Grupo Inmobiliario. This role oversees the design and implementation of digital initiatives that modernize business processes, enhance customer journeys, and improve operational efficiency. Day-to-day activities include defining digital roadmaps, aligning technology investments with business objectives, and coordinating cross-functional project teams to deliver key transformation programs. The individual will evaluate emerging technologies, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements to digital platforms and workflows. The role also involves close collaboration with senior leadership to ensure digital strategies support overall business goals, risk management, and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Digital Transformation and Business Process optimization to redesign workflows and drive operational efficiency.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, assess performance metrics, and support data-informed decision-making.
Proficiency in Digital Strategy development, including roadmap creation, technology evaluation, and alignment with business objectives.
Demonstrated Project Management capabilities to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and deliver digital initiatives.
Experience in real estate, property management, or related industries is preferred.
Proven leadership skills, including stakeholder management, change management, and the ability to influence at executive levels.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field.
