Korfshore Inc. is expanding its commercial presence across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Vice President – Commercial Growth, GCC to lead business development and strategic growth across the region.
This is a 100% commission-based senior commercial opportunity for a proven business development leader with strong GCC relationships, particularly across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Korfshore’s commercial growth strategy across the GCC.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
Build relationships with CEOs, founders, CFOs, COOs, procurement executives, and other senior decision-makers.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Understand client operational challenges and position Korfshore’s managed-services and BPO solutions accordingly.
Lead commercial conversations, presentations, negotiations, and deal development through closure.
Develop strategic partnerships, referral relationships, channel opportunities, and local market alliances.
Identify sectors and accounts with strong potential for outsourcing, offshoring, managed operations, and back-office transformation.
Work closely with Korfshore’s global leadership and delivery teams to structure commercially viable solutions.
Represent Korfshore at relevant business, industry, and networking events across the GCC.
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and commercial activity through Korfshore’s CRM.
Support long-term account expansion and identify additional opportunities within existing relationships.

What We’re Looking For
Proven senior-level experience in B2B sales, business development, commercial growth, strategic partnerships, or consulting.
Strong understanding of GCC business culture and commercial practices.
Established relationships with senior decision-makers across the GCC.
Demonstrated ability to originate and close meaningful B2B opportunities.
Experience selling BPO, outsourcing, managed services, consulting, technology, or professional services is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, and commercial skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently.
Ability to build a market rather than simply manage an existing sales pipeline.
Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills.
