Role Description The Stores Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of medical and non-medical stores, ensuring timely availability of supplies, consumables, and equipment. This full-time, on-site role is based in Raigarh and involves managing inventory levels, supervising receiving and issuing of materials, maintaining accurate stock records, and coordinating with procurement and clinical teams. The Stores Manager monitors stock movement, conducts regular audits, implements loss prevention measures, and ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The role also includes optimizing storage space, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and supporting internal stakeholders with efficient and courteous service.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong store management skills, including inventory control, stock audit, and store operations oversight.
Candidates should possess skills in customer service and customer satisfaction, with a focus on supporting internal stakeholders and clinical teams.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with purchasing, finance, and medical departments.
