Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager with strong critical thinking skills to join our team. In this role, you will take full responsibility for financial planning, analysis, and day-to-day financial management, providing critical data support and professional insights to guide the company's strategic decisions. As this is a full-time remote position, we require excellent self-management skills and the ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the company’s annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and comprehensive financial analysis; identify drivers for business growth and effectively manage financial risks.
Reporting & Compliance: Accurately prepare and submit financial reports on a regular basis, ensuring all financial activities and reporting strictly adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
Treasury & Asset Management: Optimize capital allocation, monitor financial status, enhance capital efficiency, and safeguard the security and integrity of company assets.
Cross-functional Business Support: Act as a financial business partner, collaborating closely with key departments to provide professional financial support for major project evaluations, cost control, and pricing strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are preferred.
Work Experience: Extensive experience in financial management or leading financial analysis teams; background in multinational corporations, fintech, or the payment industry is a plus.
Core Competencies: Strong logical analysis and data acumen; proficiency in mainstream financial software and data analysis tools.
Soft Skills: Excellent team communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills; ability to thrive in a remote work environment; strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
