Role Description The Account Manager (US Staffing) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing client accounts and driving staffing delivery for US-based customers. In this role, the Account Manager maintains and grows relationships with existing clients, understands their talent needs, and coordinates closely with the recruitment team to fulfill open positions across contract and full-time roles. Typical day-to-day activities include managing job requisitions, prioritizing requirements, tracking pipeline status, and ensuring timely communication and high service levels for clients and candidates. The role also involves coordinating interviews, negotiating terms in alignment with company policies, handling escalations, and providing regular reports and updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders. The Account Manager collaborates with sales, recruiting, and operations teams to support revenue growth and long-term client satisfaction in the US staffing market.
Qualifications
Strong Account Management skills with experience handling multiple client relationships and service delivery for US staffing.
Hands-on experience in Staffing Services, including managing full-time and contract requirements and coordinating end-to-end fulfillment.
Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to respond promptly, manage expectations, and resolve client and candidate issues professionally.
Practical experience in IT Recruitment and Hiring, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical and non-technical roles.
Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across time zones for US clients.
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in using ATS/CRM tools and productivity software.
Prior experience in US staffing or IT consulting environments is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
