Role Summary
Pioneer Consulting Services is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Marketing Analysts (US Staffing). The role involves marketing candidates for full-time/permanent opportunities with direct clients and implementation partners in the US market.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, an understanding of the full-time hiring process, and the ability to manage multiple candidate profiles and job requirements simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Market candidate profiles for full-time/permanent opportunities in the US market.
Identify job requirements from direct clients and implementation partners.
Submit suitable candidate profiles against relevant job requirements.
Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up on client feedback.
Manage the end-to-end candidate marketing lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and vendors.
Maintain an updated pipeline of candidate profiles and job requirements.
Track profile submissions, interviews, offers, and successful closures.
Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage multiple candidate profiles and job requirements simultaneously.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
Understanding of the full-time/permanent hiring process.
Ability to manage multiple candidate profiles simultaneously.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
0–2 years of experience in US staffing is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered.
Candidates should be willing to work the US shift from the Noida office.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn are preferred.
