Role Description The Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert will deliver engaging online sessions for grownup students and younger kids, focusing on pronunciation, phonics foundations, voice modulation, and confident speaking. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, creating interactive activities, tailoring instruction to varied age groups and proficiency levels, and assessing learner progress. The expert will provide constructive feedback, maintain clear communication with learners and guardians when relevant, and continuously refine teaching strategies based on performance and engagement. This is a remote contract role, with scheduling designed around agreed session times and project requirements, requiring reliable online presence and professional conduct in virtual classrooms.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in phonics instruction, pronunciation, and speaking skills for both children and adults.
Experience in public speaking, presentation skills, and coaching learners to build confidence and stage presence.
Proficiency in online teaching tools, e-learning platforms, and creating interactive digital learning materials.
Ability to design age-appropriate lesson plans, adapt methods for diverse learning styles, and manage virtual classroom engagement.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with clear, neutral, and understandable diction.
