Your Custom EHR by Credify is the most robust EHR in behavioral health. We offer free AI-powered enhancements, built specifically for our customers in just days. We built the entire platform with a team of just six people in a little over six months, and we’re continuing to add new capabilities, including VoIP and more.
In this role, you will help scale our intuitive, AI-guided workflows, directly empowering clinicians to deliver superior, data-driven, and measurable patient outcomes.
But the EHR is only part of the opportunity. Credify is building the operating engine for behavioral health practices. Our goal is simple: providers should focus on delivering great clinical care. We handle everything else.
Credify provides the non-clinical infrastructure that runs a practice, including answering phones, EHR, billing, credentialing, recruiting, marketing, CRM, scheduling, compliance, AI, reporting, VoIP, and back-office operations.
We are not trying to be another software vendor. We want to become the operating partner that takes responsibility for running the business so clinicians can focus on clients.
We are also building BetterMindMH.com, a therapist and client matching platform designed to connect clients with the right therapist based on their individual needs and experiences. BetterMind is a critical part of our long-term strategy and is expected to become our primary revenue engine.
Rather than charging practices a large platform fee, our model is to participate in the economics we create. Credify runs the practice operations, while BetterMind generates revenue by matching clients with the right therapists, with a target of approximately $10 per completed session.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a CEO to help turn this vision into a large, scalable company.
The founder will continue to lead product, technology, and long-term strategy. The CEO will own execution: growth, relationships, team building, and making sure Credify & BetterMind Mental Health actually delivers on its promise to practice owners.
This is not a traditional SaaS CEO role. We are looking for someone who wants to build an operating company in behavioral health.
What You'll Own
Build Credify into the operating partner for behavioral health practices.
Make sure practices become more efficient, more profitable, and easier to operate.
Help build BetterMindMH.com into a major therapist-client matching platform.
Develop referral and distribution relationships that drive clients to BetterMind and therapists into the network.
Build the economics around BetterMind's approximately $10-per-session revenue model.
Represent Credify & BetterMind Mental Health with providers, investors, strategic partners, and the behavioral health industry.
Work closely with the founder on the long-term growth strategy.
Who We're Looking For
We want an entrepreneurial operator, not someone looking for a traditional corporate CEO job.
You should have:
Significant experience running healthcare, behavioral health, technology, or multi-location service businesses.
A track record of building teams and growing revenue.
Strong operating and financial instincts.
Experience working alongside a founder or entrepreneurial leadership team.
A willingness to get into the details and build the playbook rather than wait for one.
A genuine interest in improving behavioral healthcare.
Most importantly, you need to understand the opportunity:

Credify should be focused on everything else.
BetterMind should bring the right client to the right therapist.
Compensation
Competitive base compensation, performance incentives, and meaningful equity tied to the growth of Credify & BetterMind Mental Health.
