Role Description The Business Banking Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business banking clients, building long-term relationships, and serving as a primary point of contact for their banking and financial needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new business clients, assessing their requirements, and recommending suitable cash management, credit, and banking solutions. The role involves monitoring client portfolios, conducting regular reviews, coordinating underwriting and credit assessment processes, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The Relationship Manager will work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues, support transaction execution, and contribute to revenue growth and risk management for the business banking segment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills, including client acquisition, retention, and stakeholder communication.
Candidates should possess Cash Management skills, including understanding of payment solutions, collections, liquidity management, and transactional banking products.
Candidates should possess Portfolio Management skills, including monitoring client performance, managing risk exposure, and optimizing profitability.
Candidates should possess Finance knowledge, including financial statement analysis, credit assessment, and understanding of business banking products.
Candidates should possess Underwriting skills, including evaluating creditworthiness, preparing credit proposals, and coordinating with credit and risk teams.
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in business or corporate banking, strong negotiation and presentation skills, proficiency with MS Office and banking systems, and a bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field; professional certifications in finance or banking are an advantage.
