About the Role
We're looking for an SDK Integration Engineer to help customers successfully integrate Damoov's mobile SDKs into their applications.
In this role, you'll work with customers, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to support SDK implementations, troubleshoot integration issues, and help developers get the most from Damoov's platform. You'll answer technical questions, investigate integration challenges, and contribute to improving documentation and implementation resources.
The position is well suited to someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with mobile technologies, and helping developers build reliable applications.
Responsibilities
Support customers integrating Damoov's iOS and Android SDKs into their mobile applications
Assist developers with SDK setup, configuration, testing, and implementation
Investigate and troubleshoot SDK, API, and integration issues
Reproduce reported problems and work with Engineering to identify solutions
Answer technical questions related to SDK functionality, APIs, and platform behavior
Review implementation approaches and recommend integration best practices
Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and sample projects
Share customer feedback and recurring issues with Product and Engineering teams
Help improve developer onboarding materials and technical documentation
Track technical issues and implementation progress using internal tools
Requirements
Experience in software development, technical support, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role
Experience developing mobile applications for iOS or Android
Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and mobile networking
Ability to read and troubleshoot application code
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to developers and technical stakeholders
Comfortable managing multiple technical requests and customer projects
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating third-party SDKs into mobile applications
Familiarity with Swift, Kotlin, Java, or Objective-C
Experience using Git and common mobile development tools
Experience supporting developer-focused products, APIs, or SDKs
Familiarity with telematics, location services, mapping, or mobile sensor technologies
Experience working in a startup or growing software company
