About the Role
We're looking for an AI Integration Engineer to help build AI-powered applications and integrate modern AI technologies into Damoov's products and internal workflows.
In this role, you'll work with Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success to develop AI solutions using large language models, AI APIs, and automation frameworks. You'll help identify practical use cases, connect AI services with Damoov's platform, and build tools that improve customer experiences and internal productivity.
The position is suited to someone who enjoys software development, experimenting with AI technologies, and turning new ideas into production-ready applications.
Responsibilities
Design and build AI-powered applications using modern AI platforms and APIs
Integrate large language models into customer-facing products and internal tools
Develop AI workflows using retrieval, tool calling, and agent-based approaches
Connect AI applications with Damoov's APIs, SDKs, and internal systems
Build prototypes to evaluate new AI technologies and product ideas
Work with Product teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve customer workflows
Collaborate with Engineering to deploy and maintain AI applications in production
Optimize AI applications for quality, performance, reliability, and cost
Document AI solutions, implementation patterns, and technical best practices
Stay informed about new AI models, frameworks, and development tools
Requirements
Experience in software engineering or AI application development
Strong programming skills in Python
Experience working with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar platforms
Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI agents
Experience integrating APIs and building production software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Interest in AI, automation, SaaS products, and developer technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP, or similar AI frameworks
Experience building AI assistants, copilots, or workflow automation tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and microservices
Familiarity with telematics, mobility technology, or data platforms
Experience working in a startup or growing technology company
