Insurance Defense Attorney | (Fully Remote – Nationwide)
$175,000-$250,000/Annually + Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Handle insurance defense matters from case intake through resolution or trial.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
Manage discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
Qualifications:
3+ years of attorney experience; insurance defense experience preferred.
Will consider candidates with any insurance defense experience.
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $175,000-$250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, years of practice, and other qualifications.
