Title: Remote Employment Attorney (wage & hour/class action)
Location: 100% Remote in New York or Washington
Experience: 4+ years
Salary: Up to $225,000 base + discretionary bonus

I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Employment Attorney opportunity with a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ litigation practice focused on complex, high-impact litigation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong wage & hour and employment class action experience who wants to work remotely while handling sophisticated litigation matters with an experienced team.
Responsibilities:
Handle wage & hour and employment-related class and collective actions
Develop litigation strategy and manage complex employment matters
Conduct legal research, discovery, motion practice and other litigation activities
Work closely with experienced attorneys on high-impact cases
Represent employees in complex employment litigation matters
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in New York or Washington
Strong experience with wage & hour and employment-related class actions
Experience handling complex employment litigation
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $200K - $225K. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
In addition to base salary, the position offers a discretionary bonus of approximately $30,000–$50,000 or more, based on applicable factors.
