We are partnering with a fast-growing California litigation practice seeking multiple Insurance Defense Attorneys across experience levels and practice areas.
The firm handles sophisticated civil defense matters for major insurers, public entities, businesses, and other institutional clients, with a strong trial-first approach and extensive support infrastructure.
With a large team of attorneys and litigation support professionals, attorneys have the resources to manage complex matters while gaining meaningful exposure to litigation, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial work.

Junior/Mid-Level/Senior Insurance Defense Attorneys
Public Entity Defense Attorneys
MedMal / Premises Liability Attorneys
100% Remote opportunities available for qualified California-barred attorneys
Hybrid options available depending on experience and location
Key Responsibilities
Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
Review and evaluate new claims
Develop case strategy and litigation plans
Draft pleadings, motions and discovery
Handle written discovery, subpoenas and record collection
Take and defend depositions
Appear in court and at hearings
Work Environment
Remote, hybrid and onsite options depending on position and location: SoCal & NoCal

Billable Requirement: 1,900 annual billable hours.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 – $220,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
