Role Summary
The Senior Project Manager will independently own the planning, execution, and delivery of one large-scale interior fit-out project, or a portfolio of mid-size projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction are consistently upheld. The role also involves mentoring Project Managers and site teams, and acting as a key escalation point below the Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
8–16 years of experience in corporate/workspace interior fit-out or general contracting
Experience in handling large-scale interior fit-out projects
Strong project execution, team leadership & client management skills
Experience managing Project Managers, Site Engineers & Supervisors
Willingness to travel based on project requirements
