Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale corporate workspace fit-out projects.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules.
Oversee budgets, billing, quality, and safety.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
8–15 years of experience in corporate interior fit-outs.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects as Project Manager.
Experience managing projects worth ₹5–30 crore and spanning 50,000–2,00,000 sq. ft.
Strong team leadership and commercial management skills.
Willingness to travel across India.
