The Opportunity
Bring precision and analytical rigour to the numbers behind every project. Prepare cost estimates and BOQs that shape winning proposals, accurate budgets, and confident commercial decisions, working closely with Design, Planning, Procurement, and Business Development teams.
What You Will Do
• Prepare Cost Estimates and BOQs - Build accurate estimates from drawings and specifications
• Conduct Rate Analysis - Benchmark rates and maintain a living rate database
• Support Vendor Evaluation - Compare quotes and validate costs with Procurement
• Power Winning Proposals - Provide costing inputs for tenders and RFPs
• Maintain Costing Documentation - Keep accurate records and audit-ready trails
We Are Looking For
• 2-4 years of cost estimation or quantity surveying experience
• BOQ Experts with strong Excel and AutoCAD skills
• Detail-Oriented Analysts who take pride in accuracy
• Clear Communicators comfortable coordinating across teams
• Deadline-Driven Professionals who thrive under tender pressure
