Role Description
We are looking for an Analyst Java Frontend Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in frontend development, Java-based applications, web development, user-interface engineering, REST API integration, responsive applications, software development, and modern frontend technologies.
The Analyst Java Frontend Developer will work closely with software, IT, backend, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve responsive web applications, user interfaces, dashboards, internal platforms, enterprise applications, and digital systems.
The role may involve working with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL databases, Git, testing frameworks, cloud platforms, and modern frontend-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in frontend development, web development, Java development, software engineering, application development, UI development, full stack development, or related technology roles can apply.

Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive web design, and modern frontend-development fundamentals.
Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks and libraries will be beneficial.
Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, event handling, state management, frontend architecture, and component-based development.
Familiarity with responsive design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, semantic HTML, and accessibility concepts will be advantageous.
Basic knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming will be beneficial.
Exposure to Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, or Java-based backend applications will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, API integration, authentication, authorization, and frontend-backend communication.
Familiarity with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar state-management technologies will be beneficial.
Exposure to Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks will be advantageous.
Familiarity with npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel, package management, and frontend build tools will be beneficial.
Basic understanding of SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar databases will be considered an advantage.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, browser developer tools, and collaborative software-development workflows.
Exposure to Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Jasmine, Karma, JUnit, Postman, unit testing, integration testing, or automated testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
Familiarity with frontend performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, image optimization, bundle optimization, and application-performance concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, frontend security, input validation, and application-security concepts will be advantageous.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and translating designs into functional web interfaces will be beneficial.
Exposure to progressive web applications, single-page applications, server-side rendering, static-site generation, dashboards, ERP, CRM, or enterprise web applications will be considered an additional advantage.
Exposure to Java backend development, Spring Boot, APIs, databases, or full stack development will be beneficial for candidates interested in expanding into Java full stack roles.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
