About the Opportunity
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation in the travel, events and hospitality space (client name confidential at this stage), for a Senior Executive - Accommodation Operations based in New Delhi.

Role Summary
The role owns end-to-end accommodation and hospitality operations for domestic and international clients. We are looking for someone with strong onsite hotel operations experience, extensive exposure to international MICE events, and hands-on knowledge of visas, air ticketing, ground handling and client management. The position calls for sharp coordination, vendor management and customer service skills to ensure seamless execution of accommodation and travel-related services.
Key Responsibilities
Accommodation & Hotel Operations
• Manage end-to-end onsite hotel operations, including room allocations, check-ins/check-outs, upgrades and issue resolution.
• Coordinate hotel bookings, conference rooms and banquet arrangements for corporate and MICE events.
• Liaise with hotels to negotiate rates, contracts and service-level agreements.
• Ensure smooth execution of accommodation services during peak events and high-volume bookings.
International MICE Operations
• Handle onsite international MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) operations.
• Coordinate accommodation, transportation and event logistics for delegates travelling abroad.
• Act as the primary onsite point of contact during conferences and large-scale events.
Travel & Visa Management
• Manage visa documentation and coordination for international travel alongside the company's trusted visa partner.
• Oversee air ticket bookings, itinerary planning and travel logistics.
• Coordinate with ground staff for airport transfers, transportation and on-ground movement of guests.
Client & Customer Handling
• Serve as the main client-facing representative for accommodation and hospitality services.
• Handle client queries, escalations and last-minute changes professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
Team & Vendor Coordination
• Manage onsite ground staff and support teams.
• Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, transport vendors and service providers.
• Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to operational standards.
Reporting & Compliance
• Maintain accurate operational reports, booking records and cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements and international travel regulations.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in onsite hotel and accommodation operations.
• Strong experience handling international MICE events.
• Working knowledge of visa processes, air ticketing and international travel coordination.
• Proven experience managing hotel conferences, room bookings and event logistics.
• Excellent client handling and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure during live events and tight timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel booking systems.
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in hospitality management, travel & tourism or hotel administration.
• Experience working with international clients and corporate events.
• Willingness to travel onsite as required.
