About The Role
Medico Workforce is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join its technology team and contribute to the development of scalable, reliable, and high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across frontend and backend technologies, solving complex technical problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and software solutions.
Build modern frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
Integrate REST APIs, databases, third-party services, and cloud platforms.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical planning.
Work with AWS and cloud-based application environments.
Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other engineering teams.
Follow secure coding, version-control, testing, and software development best practices.
Contribute to technical architecture and continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements
