About The Role
Medico Workforce is looking for a motivated React Developer to join its Information Technology team. The selected candidate will contribute to developing, maintaining, and improving web applications while collaborating with team members to deliver reliable, user-friendly digital solutions.
This opportunity is suitable for freshers and early-career developers who want to strengthen their frontend development skills, gain practical experience, and grow in a collaborative remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.
Build reusable components and improve application performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured JavaScript and TypeScript code.
Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
Collaborate with designers and developers to implement application features.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities.
Follow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
Support application deployment and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
0–2 years of relevant professional experience; freshers are welcome.
Basic understanding of React and component-based development.
Familiarity with JavaScript and TypeScript.
Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
Basic knowledge of Node.js and API integration.
Familiarity with Git and version control.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
Willingness to learn new technologies and development practices.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Java, Python, or Go.
Basic understanding of AWS cloud services.
Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration.
Familiarity with frontend testing tools and debugging techniques.
Understanding of web application security and performance optimization.
