Medico Workforce is looking for a motivated Graduate Full Stack Engineer to join our technology team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build modern web applications, work across frontend and backend technologies, and contribute to reliable, high-quality software solutions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional team members, participate in the development lifecycle, and help deliver scalable, user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React and TypeScript.
Build and integrate backend services and APIs using Node.js.
Create reusable frontend components and maintain clean, well-structured code.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement product requirements.
Integrate REST APIs and troubleshoot application issues.
Write maintainable code following established development standards.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance improvements.
Identify and resolve technical issues across frontend and backend components.
Work with version control tools such as Git and GitHub.
Document technical changes and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical knowledge.
0–3 years of relevant experience in software development.
Foundational knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
Familiarity with React and component-based frontend development.
Basic understanding of Node.js and backend application development.
Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
Familiarity with REST APIs and client-server communication.
Knowledge of Git and version control fundamentals.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
