About The Role
Medico Workforce is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support financial reporting, budgeting, expense tracking, and data analysis to help improve financial visibility and business decision-making.
This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to develop practical experience in financial analysis, reporting, and business operations while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with financial data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets for budgets, expenses, and financial records.
Support monthly financial reporting and basic variance analysis.
Monitor expenses and identify discrepancies in financial data.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Analyze financial trends and prepare summaries for management review.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
Collaborate with internal teams to support financial and operational requirements.
Required Qualifications
0–1 years of relevant experience; freshers are welcome.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant knowledge.
Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and accounting principles.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with financial reporting and spreadsheet-based analysis.
Basic knowledge of accounting software or financial management tools.
Understanding of data visualization and reporting techniques.
Ability to organize large datasets and identify meaningful patterns.
