Support tax-related compliance work, including preparing records, tracking filings and deadlines, and coordinating with relevant tax authorities when required.
Coordinate with lawyers, external company secretaries, tax advisors, and other professional advisors on legal and compliance matters.
Organise contracts, track renewal dates and obligations, and coordinate internal reviews and approvals.
Work with Nucleo’s product team to identify and document legal and compliance requirements relevant to product features and workflows.
Help translate legal or regulatory requirements into clear internal notes, product requirements, and process documentation.
Maintain compliance checklists, supporting documents, and approval records for Nucleo’s internal processes.

Qualified Company Secretary (CS) required.
1–4 years of experience in corporate compliance, company-secretarial work, or a related role.
A law degree (LLB) or relevant hands-on legal experience is preferred.
Experience coordinating with tax authorities, lawyers, external company secretaries, or tax advisors is an advantage.
Familiarity with corporate records, contracts, statutory documentation, and compliance tracking.
Strong written communication and attention to detail, including the ability to explain requirements clearly to non-legal colleagues.
Comfortable using spreadsheets, document-management tools, and web-based software.
Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
