Role Description
We are looking for an Associate Mobile Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in mobile application development, Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, APIs, databases, cloud services, application testing, and modern mobile software-engineering practices.
The Associate Mobile Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, backend, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve mobile applications, user interfaces, API integrations, internal platforms, enterprise applications, and digital solutions.
The role may involve working with Kotlin, Java, Swift, Dart, JavaScript, TypeScript, Android SDK, iOS SDK, Flutter, React Native, Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI, REST APIs, local databases, Firebase, cloud platforms, Git, testing tools, and modern mobile-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Electronics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Final-year students completing their degree and available for full-time employment may also apply.
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in mobile application development, Android development, iOS development, Flutter development, React Native development, software engineering, application development, or related technology roles can apply.
Candidates currently working as Associate Mobile Software Engineer, Mobile Software Engineer, Mobile Application Developer, Android Developer, iOS Developer, Flutter Developer, React Native Developer, Mobile Engineer, Application Developer, Associate Software Engineer, Graduate Software Engineer, Junior Software Engineer, or Junior Mobile Developer are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
Basic to good knowledge of at least one mobile-development language such as Kotlin, Java, Swift, Dart, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Familiarity with Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, or similar mobile-development platforms will be beneficial.
Basic understanding of Android Studio, Xcode, emulators, device debugging, build processes, package management, and mobile-development environments.
Exposure to Android SDK, Activities, Fragments, Services, Intents, application lifecycle, or Jetpack components will be advantageous.
Exposure to iOS SDK, UIKit, SwiftUI, application lifecycle, navigation, and Apple-development fundamentals will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with Jetpack Compose, XML layouts, SwiftUI, UIKit, Flutter widgets, or React Native components will be advantageous.
Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, authorization, API integration, and mobile-backend communication.
Familiarity with Retrofit, OkHttp, Ktor, Volley, URLSession, Axios, Dio, or similar networking technologies will be beneficial.
Exposure to Room, SQLite, Core Data, Firebase, Realm, Hive, or similar local and mobile databases will be advantageous.
Understanding of common mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVC, MVP, Clean Architecture, or similar approaches will be beneficial.
Exposure to Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, Swift Concurrency, Combine, RxJava, or asynchronous programming concepts will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config, or similar mobile services will be beneficial.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
Exposure to JUnit, Espresso, XCTest, Mockito, Flutter testing, Jest, Detox, Appium, or similar mobile testing tools will be considered an advantage.
Basic understanding of mobile application performance, memory management, battery usage, offline functionality, caching, and network optimization will be beneficial.
Exposure to Google Play Console, Apple App Store Connect, application signing, APK/AAB, certificates, provisioning profiles, releases, or mobile publishing will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Firebase, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Jenkins, or similar cloud and mobile-deployment technologies will be considered an advantage.
Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, secure storage, encryption, role-based access, authentication, authorization, and mobile application-security concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to push notifications, deep linking, maps, location services, camera integration, Bluetooth, NFC, sensors, or other mobile-device capabilities will be considered an additional advantage.
Exposure to backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, REST APIs, SQL, or NoSQL databases will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles, responsive mobile layouts, Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines, Figma, design systems, wireframes, or prototypes will be advantageous.
Exposure to cross-platform development, progressive web applications, mobile analytics, crash monitoring, or application performance monitoring will be beneficial.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to understand business and technical requirements and contribute to reliable, responsive, maintainable, secure, and user-friendly mobile applications.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
