Role Description
We are looking for a C++ Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in C++ development, software engineering, systems programming, backend development, performance optimization, multithreading, networking, application development, and modern software-engineering practices.
The C++ Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, engineering, automation, data, analytics, operations, production, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve software applications, system components, backend services, internal tools, automation solutions, and enterprise technology systems.
The role may involve working with C, C++, STL, modern C++ standards, multithreading, Linux, Windows, networking, databases, APIs, build systems, debugging tools, testing frameworks, cloud platforms, and modern software-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Electronics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in C++ development, software engineering, systems programming, application development, backend development, embedded software, simulation software, or related technology roles can apply.

Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, telecom, embedded systems, electronics, automotive, manufacturing, industrial automation, analytics, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
Basic to good knowledge of C and/or C++ programming.
Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, pointers, references, memory management, templates, exception handling, debugging, and clean coding practices.
Familiarity with STL containers, iterators, algorithms, smart pointers, lambdas, and modern C++ concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to C++11, C++14, C++17, C++20, or newer standards will be advantageous.
Basic understanding of multithreading, concurrency, mutexes, synchronization, asynchronous programming, race conditions, and thread-safety concepts.
Familiarity with Linux, Unix, Windows, or similar operating environments will be beneficial.
Basic understanding of operating-system concepts such as processes, threads, memory, file systems, IPC, scheduling, and resource management will be advantageous.
Exposure to TCP/IP, sockets, HTTP/HTTPS, networking protocols, client-server architecture, or network programming will be beneficial.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, SQLite, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be considered an advantage.
Exposure to REST APIs, JSON, web services, backend integration, or service-to-service communication will be beneficial.
Familiarity with CMake, Make, GCC, Clang, Visual Studio, MSVC, or similar build and compiler toolchains will be advantageous.
Exposure to GDB, LLDB, Valgrind, sanitizers, profilers, performance-analysis tools, or similar debugging technologies will be beneficial.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative software-development workflows.
Exposure to Google Test, Catch2, Boost.Test, unit testing, integration testing, automated testing, or similar testing tools will be beneficial.
Familiarity with Boost, Qt, Poco, or similar C++ libraries and frameworks will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Exposure to embedded systems, firmware, IoT, robotics, industrial automation, device communication, or hardware-software integration will be considered an additional advantage.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Basic understanding of application deployment, Linux command-line tools, environment configuration, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be advantageous.
Exposure to performance optimization, memory profiling, CPU profiling, latency reduction, throughput improvement, scalability, reliability, and resource optimization will be beneficial.
Familiarity with secure coding, input validation, authentication, authorization, encryption, memory safety, and software-security fundamentals will be advantageous.
Exposure to distributed systems, microservices, messaging systems, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, or backend infrastructure will be considered an advantage.
Exposure to Python, Java, C#, Go, or other programming languages will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Exposure to simulation, AI/ML, computer vision, robotics, data processing, analytics, ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, efficient, reliable, maintainable, scalable, and secure C++ software solutions.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment.

Candidates without previous full-time C++ development experience can also apply.
