We are seeking a Associate Full-Stack Application Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable business applications across the entire software development lifecycle. Develop and deliver scalable, secure, and innovative business applications using full stack technologies, Power Platform, and modern software engineering practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance scalable business applications across the full software development lifecycle.
Build responsive front-end interfaces, back-end services, APIs, databases, and integrations using secure and reusable engineering practices.
Develop solutions using Power Platform while expanding capability in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and modern web development.
Write clean, maintainable code; conduct unit and integration testing; troubleshoot defects; and participate in peer code reviews.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, business partners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
Apply CI/CD, DevSecOps, source control, documentation, and application security standards to support reliable delivery and operations.
Participate in prototyping and technical investigation activities to validate ideas, reduce delivery risk, and promote continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 1–2 years of software development experience, including academic, internship, or professional work involving front-end, back-end, or full-stack solutions.
Amenable to work on a rotation and flexible shift schedule and work set up of 3x a week onsite in Quezon City office.
Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern programming language or development framework.
Experience with Power Apps or broader Power Platform development, with demonstrated interest in building skills in AI and/or modern web development.
Understanding of APIs, relational or non-relational databases, data modeling, object-oriented design, and cloud application fundamentals.
Familiarity with source control, debugging, secure coding, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience developing end-to-end applications using a modern front-end framework and a back-end technology such as .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python.
Exposure to AI-assisted solutions, generative AI, machine learning services, or responsible AI development practices.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud-native services, API management, or application deployment in a cloud environment.
Knowledge of Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, custom connectors, or integration between Power Platform and enterprise systems.
Experience working in Agile delivery teams and using tools for backlog management, source control, automated testing, and continuous delivery.
Microsoft, cloud, AI, Power Platform, or software development certifications are an advantage.
