Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SRE Lead ,Hyderabad having 8+ yrs of experience.

Must-Have Skills
Hands-on development and implementation of monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.
Strong experience with Grafana, Prometheus and other observability tools.
Strong expertise in Kubernetes, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Experience in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Strong understanding and implementation of SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.
Experience in toil reduction through automation and scripting.
Ability to collaborate with development teams to embed reliability and observability into application architecture.
Strong understanding of production systems, scalability, availability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
Define and implement SLIs/SLOs to measure and improve service reliability.
Lead production incident response, troubleshooting, and post-incident RCA.
Automate repetitive operational tasks and reduce engineering toil.
Manage and optimize Kubernetes/AKS environments.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and IaC practices.
Partner with development teams to incorporate reliability, scalability, and observability into system architecture.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, availability, and operational efficiency.
