What we're looking for
We're partnering with a US-based email marketing agency that helps e-commerce brands grow through retention marketing. Trusted by leading DTC brands, the team moves fast and holds a high bar for creative work. They're looking for a senior designer with taste, speed, and precision to become a creative engine behind their clients' email campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing
Design high-converting email campaigns across 4 to 6 core client accounts.
Turn creative direction and campaign ideas into scroll-stopping, on-brand visuals, fast.
Build design systems and reusable components that speed up production without making emails feel templated.
Collaborate with copywriters, project managers, and a design team of 7 to 8 designers to align visuals with messaging and performance goals.
Take feedback and apply it quickly while keeping pace with agency deadlines.
Balance multiple accounts and timelines, communicating clearly when priorities shift.
Requirements
A standout portfolio of digital design work that shows great taste, creativity, brand adaptability, and clean execution.
Senior-level design skills, with expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and comfort working in Figma.
A strong command of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
The ability to move fast and manage your own workflow across multiple accounts without cutting corners.
A friendly, low-ego attitude (you take feedback well, push back when needed, and can explain your design decisions).
Good English comprehension and the ability to hold conversations in English.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for e-commerce or DTC brands.
Previous experience in email design or retention marketing.
