What we're looking for
You'll join one of the fastest-growing DTC brands in the US, which hit a $100M run rate in under 18 months. Recently backed by a leading consumer-focused private equity firm, the company is positioned to become the top men's health brand in the supplement space. It operates across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and is entering its next phase of growth. Now it needs an exceptional designer to help shape and elevate the brand along the way.
What You'll Be Doing
Design across the full brand ecosystem, including websites, landing pages, campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, retail, and partnerships.
Turn brand strategy and creative concepts into distinctive, highly polished visual work.
Help evolve the visual identity, brand systems, and creative standards as the company scales.
Concept and execute major campaigns and launches, from early ideation through final production.
Collaborate with the Creative, Growth, e-commerce, and Partnerships teams, plus external production partners.
Balance strong brand storytelling with commercial goals, creating work that looks exceptional and performs.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in brand, digital, or multidisciplinary design, ideally within a consumer, DTC, e-commerce, or creative brand.
An exceptional portfolio showing strong taste, craft, and range across brand identity, web, campaigns, and digital experiences.
Experience designing websites and landing pages, with a solid grasp of UX and e-commerce principles.
A strong command of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, composition, and brand systems.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to move between big-picture ideas and hands-on execution.
Comfort working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with high ownership.
Nice to Have
Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms, including designing within their templates and constraints.
Motion design or basic animation skills for digital campaigns and social content.
Experience with packaging design for consumer products.
Background in health, wellness, or supplement brands.
