Lead Generation & Mortgage Loan Coordinator (GoHighLevel)

Job Overview
Our client is looking for a dedicated Lead Generation & Mortgage Loan Coordinator professional to support their sales representatives and loan processing team. This role focuses on outbound lead engagement, appointment setting, CRM management, and loan administrative support to ensure smooth operations across the sales and processing pipelines.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, U.S. business hours (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities:
Outbound calls and appointment setting: Contact leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
GoHighLevel CRM management: Organize leads, update contact records, maintain follow-up tasks, and keep opportunities current in the appropriate pipeline stages.
Lender term sheet requests: Gather loan details, send term sheet requests to lenders, and follow up on pricing and loan terms.
New loan setup: Create loan files in our loan system, enter accurate borrower and property information, and upload initial documents.
Processor assignments: Assign new loans to processors based on management direction and workload, and notify the assigned processor.
Follow-up and tracking: Document calls, appointments, and loan updates so the team has clear next steps.
Requirements:
Strong phone communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple follow-ups effectively
Qualifications:
GoHighLevel experience is preferred
Lending or mortgage support experience is preferred
