Principal Technologist- Q3 FY 27

The Principal Technologist role within the Strategic Technology Group focuses on driving digital initiatives for strategic clients. You will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to design solutions for large, complex programs, identify technology trends, and develop market-ready solution propositions. This position involves networking with CDO and digital business leaders to influence enterprise technology strategies. Responsibilities include: Design and development of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using Python and modern frameworks. Building AI applications leveraging LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, function calling, and agentic AI patterns. Implementing RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval. Designing end-to-end AI solutions including data ingestion, processing, retrieval, generation, and evaluation. Working with frameworks such as CrewAI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and Langfuse. Supporting LLM fine-tuning workflows, including instruction tuning, data preparation, and quality checks. Deploying AI workloads on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerizing applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Applying model engineering best practices for production-ready systems. Required qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering degree and 15-20 years of experience. Preferred skills include Core Java, Python, and knowledge of Responsible AI and ethical AI practices.
