DevOps Engineer

Role Description This full-time remote DevOps Engineer role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, reliable infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The DevOps Engineer will create and manage Infrastructure as Code, automate build and release processes, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications. The role includes monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, optimizing Linux-based environments, and collaborating with software development teams to improve deployment workflows. The DevOps Engineer will also ensure system security, support cloud infrastructure operations, and document processes and configurations for ongoing improvement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and related automation tools.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and collaboration with engineering teams for deployment and integration.
Candidates should possess skills in Continuous Integration and CI/CD pipeline design, maintenance, and optimization.
Candidates should possess skills in System Administration and managing Linux-based environments.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) and familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) are preferred.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
