Business Analyst

Role Description The Business Analyst role at Nexorant LLC is a full-time, remote position focused on analyzing business processes and recommending improvements that support effective recruitment and talent strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting data analysis, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams and client organizations. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand operational challenges, define performance metrics, and support the design of streamlined workflows and tools. This role also involves preparing clear reports and presentations, supporting implementation of process changes, and ensuring alignment with current market and hiring trends.

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision making.
Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and translate needs into practical solutions.
Business Process knowledge to review, model, and optimize workflows and operational procedures.
Clear and effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings and recommendations.
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools) and basic reporting techniques.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with recruitment, HR, or talent management processes is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
