Role Description The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at HPIPL will lead the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand-generation initiatives to support growth in smart parking and infrastructure solutions. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves developing and executing integrated marketing plans, overseeing market research, and identifying new market segments and opportunities across India and international regions. The CMO will manage the marketing team, collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations to create campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention. Daily responsibilities include overseeing digital and offline marketing activities, managing public relations and corporate communications, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The CMO will also monitor performance metrics, optimize the marketing budget, and present data-driven insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with the ability to design and execute strategic marketing roadmaps.
Proficiency in Market Research, including competitor analysis, customer insights, and identification of emerging trends in infrastructure and mobility.
Demonstrated capability in Public Relations and corporate communications, managing brand reputation and media outreach.
Exposure to Sales collaboration, aligning marketing initiatives with revenue goals and supporting sales enablement.
Proven leadership experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in infrastructure, technology, automotive, or related sectors.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using marketing analytics tools and performance dashboards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Track record of managing cross-functional teams and external agencies, with strong project and budget management skills.
Master’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
Ability to work on-site in Noida and travel as needed for client meetings, events, and market visits
