SENIOR DESIGNER (PACKAGING + SOCIAL)
About Awsum
We make clean-label bakery for a generation that actually reads the ingredient list. We are looking for a senior designer to own how all of that looks, from the box in your hand to the reel on your feed.
The role
You will lead design across the two things that decide whether Gen Z picks us up and talks about us: packaging and social. Packaging people keep, and content that stops the scroll. You will work closely with our founder and marketing team, set the visual bar, and turn brand strategy into things people actually want to hold and share.
What you will do
Own packaging end to end: concept, structure, dielines, print-ready artwork, and coordinating with printers across our full range of SKUs.
Design social and campaign content that feels native to Gen Z: reels, carousels, launches, and the everyday posts that quietly build a brand.
Build and maintain one coherent visual system across packaging, social, quick-commerce listings, and brand collateral.
Turn briefs and cultural moments into sharp creative, fast, without losing the craft.
Partner with the founder, marketing, and production to ship work that performs, not just work that looks nice.
What you bring
3+ years of design experience, with senior-level packaging work in your portfolio. Food, FMCG, or D2C is a big plus.
Strong instincts for social and content design, and an eye for what is about to be cool.
Real command of the craft: typography, layout, colour, and print production, plus fluency in Figma and the Adobe suite.
Systems thinking. You can build a look that scales, not just one good asset.
A point of view on culture and taste, and the confidence to lead with it.
Bonus points
Motion, illustration, or 3D packaging visualisation.
Experience taking a product from concept to shelf and to quick-commerce.
You have worked closely with founders in a fast, high-output setup.
