About the Role
Klene Paks Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, strengthen brand positioning, generate business opportunities, and support the company's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
Plan and execute digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.
Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and performance metrics.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, business partners, and stakeholders.
Coordinate with sales, product development, and other departments.
Monitor market trends and recommend strategies to improve market share.
Manage social media platforms, marketing content, and company promotional materials.
Prepare regular marketing reports and present performance updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in Marketing preferred.
5–10 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in manufacturing or B2B industries.
Strong knowledge of market research, lead generation, branding, and marketing strategy.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse market data and make strategic decisions.
Strong team management, planning, and execution skills.
