Job Description: EPM ARCS Functional Consultant
Employment Type: Full-Time Employment (FTE)
Location: Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad
Budget: Up to ₹35 LPA, inclusive of Variable Pay (VP)
Experience Required: 3+ years in Oracle ARCS
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced EPM ARCS Functional Consultant with strong functional knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud and hands-on experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) implementation, configuration, and application support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Functional Support & Implementation
Provide functional support for the Oracle ARCS application and related artifacts.
Configure and implement ARCS applications to meet account reconciliation requirements.
Drive the technical design and implementation of Account Reconciliation solutions.
Support application development, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
2. Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Lead requirements gathering and elicitation for account reconciliation processes.
Prepare Functional Specification Documents and conduct walkthroughs with stakeholders for review and sign-off.
Prepare key deliverables, including requirements documents, design documents, test plans, test cases, and training materials.
Maintain system documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Client Engagement & Training
Participate in regular client meetings to discuss Oracle EPM Cloud-related enhancements and requirements.
Conduct Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions with business users and incorporate their feedback into the solution.
Provide Hyperion-related training to users whenever necessary.
4. Testing & Quality Assurance
Perform Unit Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT).
Drive SIT activities and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure business requirements are met and resolve functional issues before deployment.
5. Deployment & Post-Go-Live Support
Assist with production deployment and solution rollout.
Provide post-go-live support, stabilization, and ongoing application maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues after implementation.
6. Reporting & Business Process Alignment
Develop custom reconciliation reports as required by business needs.
Apply functional knowledge of financial systems and business processes, particularly account reconciliation.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS.
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud.
Experience in ARCS application configuration, implementation, and support.
Knowledge of account reconciliation processes and financial systems.
Experience preparing functional specifications, design documents, and test documentation.
Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
