Job Description
We are looking for an experienced iScala Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to provide L2/L3 support for finance operations, system enhancements, integrations, and process optimization.
The role requires strong functional knowledge of finance processes along with hands-on technical experience in iScala, SQL, integrations, reporting, and ERP support. Broader experience across peripheral applications such as SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP ECC, SAP C4C, and SAP CPI is also preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Responsibilities
Support and manage iScala Finance modules, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets
Cash & Bank Management
Financial Reporting
Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders.
Configure and support finance-related workflows and business processes.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Handle issue resolution, process improvements, and system enhancements.
Technical Responsibilities
Perform techno-functional analysis and troubleshooting.
Support interfaces, integrations, and data validation activities.
Work with:
SQL queries
Stored procedures
Data extraction and reporting
Batch jobs
Reconciliation activities
Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and enhancements.
Support ERP data migration and validation activities.
Peripheral Applications & Integration
Experience with or exposure to enterprise applications such as:
SAP Marketing Cloud
SAP ECC
SAP C4C
SAP CPI
Support CPI integrations with multiple systems.
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth data flow between applications.
Required SkillsFunctional Skills
Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
Strong ERP finance process expertise.
Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation.
Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
Hands-on experience supporting iScala Finance modules.
Technical Skills
iScala ERP support and customization.
Strong SQL and database knowledge.
Experience with reporting tools and data analysis.
Integration support and troubleshooting.
ERP data migration and validation.
Knowledge of SAP CPI and system integrations is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experience in a Managed Services / AMS support environment.
Experience working with global customers.
Exposure to ERP integrations and automation initiatives.
Understanding of ITIL/support processes.
Experience working across multiple enterprise applications.
