Role Description The Building Manager role at Kapco Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida & New Delhi. The Building Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day building operations, including coordinating maintenance activities, managing facility services, and ensuring that all systems function safely and efficiently. This role includes supervising service providers, monitoring building cleanliness and security, managing budgets related to building operations, and maintaining compliance with local regulations and company policies. The Building Manager will also respond to tenant and stakeholder requests, communicate updates, and proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact building performance or occupant comfort.

Qualifications
Strong Building Management skills with experience overseeing daily building operations and vendor coordination.
Facility Management (FM) expertise, including knowledge of safety standards, compliance requirements, and service contracts.
Building Maintenance capabilities, with familiarity in managing repairs, preventive maintenance schedules, and basic building systems.
Budgeting skills to plan, monitor, and optimize building-related expenses and resources.
Effective Communication skills for engaging with tenants, service providers, and internal stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Relevant experience in property or facility management, preferably in commercial or mixed-use buildings.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple priorities, and make timely, practical decisions.
Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
