🚀 Hiring: Manager / AGM / GM – Project Execution (Civil / EPC)
Are you a seasoned Civil Engineer with a track record of leading large-scale Industrial, Factory, Warehouse, & PEB projects from the Contractor side
We are looking for hands-on, high-ownership leaders to drive end-to-end site execution for major industrial developments across Gujarat (Dahej, Hazira, Mundra).
📍 Role Highlights & Must-Haves:
Role: Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM / GM – Project Execution
Experience Required: 16 – 25 Years
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Locations: Dahej / Hazira / Mundra, Gujarat (On-site)
Mandatory Background: Must have Main Contractor / EPC Contracting experience.
Non-Negotiable: End-to-end independent project handling & leadership experience on-site.
(Note: Candidates with strictly PMC / Consultancy backgrounds will not be considered).

Industrial Plants & Factories
Warehouses & Logistics Parks
PEB Structures & Heavy Civil Buildings
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Drive complete site execution within budget, quality, and strict safety (EHS) parameters.
Prepare project schedules, resource deployment plans, and manage subcontractor performance.
Oversee site QA/QC, cost control, cash flow monitoring, and contract management.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and timely project handover.
